We will look after your apartment, house and pool in Montenegro, prepare everything for your arrival. We will prevent potential problems and help with their decision at all levels.

We are pleased to provide our services for maintenance of your real estate in Montenegro in your absence (in accordance with the previously agreed contract):

• airing and checking of premises (according to an agreed schedule);
• payment of bills: for all kinds of municipal services, including the annual property tax;
• cleaning before arrival, during stay and after your or your guests leaving.
• washing and ironing service (we can take the laundry for washing with us and return it cleaned and ironed, or washing and ironing it during the cleaning);

Prices for our services:

• airing and checking the apartment - 20 €/ a day
• airing and checking the house - 50 €/a day

The number of airing per month is regulated by the individual agreement.

We send you report by E-mail about our visit during two days after airing and checking.
 
If you need additional information, we send photos.

In the case of emergency, we urgently inform you about it and take appropriate action.

For objects outside Budva, additional traveling cost is 0,50 €/km.
 

• Cleaning of premises and washing windows (in height not exceeding the arm's length), washing and ironing the laundry (during cleaning) - 15 €/ hour.  

Washing windows in height exceeding the arm's length or with difficult accessibility is by the special price.

• Washing and ironing the laundry - 15 € per 1 washing machine (outside the object)

We take the laundry with us for washing and return it cleaned and ironed
 

• And as a special free bonus for our loyal clients, we can collect your utility bills and remit them to the appropriate agencies.

Reports will be send regularly.

In addition, we organize maintenance of swimming pool and cleaning it before the season:

• Cleaning of swimming pool – 1,5-2,5 €/ m²
• The cost of pool maintenance - depends on pool size.

And also, we do contracts to serve pumps and central air-conditioning of apartment buildings.

• We charge 10% from the agreed cost of contracted work for full supervision. Our minimum fee is 25 €.
